Before Openprise, Teledyne used a point solution to import data from its ERP to its CRM system. The solution, however, was complex, fragile, and dependent on multiple manual steps that were difficult to replicate consistently. What should have been a simple task of syncing contract data (such as sell date, warranty info, product serial number, etc.) took at least three to four days to complete.
